What Suzanne Watches
I have DISH Network's "The Hopper", so I record a lot of shows to watch at my leisure (with no commercials!). I can record 16 shows at once and up to 5,000 hours! There are many shows I don't have time to watch regularly, so I plan to watch them later. Also, I have a lot on DVD. Yes, there's always a backlog!
I try to watch most of the new shows at least once; check out our reviews.
This changes often as they shows and bring on new ones.
Best shows I watch: "Sherlock"
(PBS), "Real Time with Bill Maher" (HBO), "Last Week with John Oliver" (HBO), "Westworld"
(HBO), "Upload" (Amazon) "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist" (NBC), and "Curb Your Enthusiasm"
Shows that I also like, but I'm behind on: "Maigret" (Ovation), "Castle Rock" (HULU), "Manifest" (NBC),"The Good Fight" (CBS All Access), "General Hospital," "Stranger Things" (Netflix), "Archer" (FX), "Van Helsing" (Syfy), "Greenleaf" (OWN) "Fargo" (FX), "Lucifer" (Netflix), "Younger" (TVLAND), "Mr. Mercedes" (Audience), "Mary Kills People" (Lifetime), "Victoria" (PBS), "Castlevania" (Netflix), "Killing Eve" (BBCA), "Tin Star" (Amazon), "Room 104" (HBO), "The Durrells on Corfu" (PBS), "Top of the Lake" (Sundance), "Titans" (DCU), "Doom Patrol" (DCU), "Perry Mason" (HBO), "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" (Netflix), "Days of Our Lives" (NBC), "South Park" (Comedy Central), and "Westworld" (HBO).
Years ago, I decided to stop watching shows that are
kind of boring, that I watched out of habit, and to not worry about the
shows I'm way behind on. Life is too
short to watch so much mediocre TV and stress about the shows I don't
have time to watch. I'm concentrating on the shows I really really love
(mostly superhero/scifi) and watching the DVD's that the networks send me to
review, and that's it! But it's hard to do that because they keep coming
out with more and more great shows that I enjoy.
