Our Opinion!

Questions & Comments by Michele & Cheryl

We need something explained because there must be some confusion with the show. Eve is supposed to be the one who goes to jail because of what Claire did. Does that make any sense? She may have been aware of what Claire did, but she wasnít the one responsible for what happened. She didnít do anything. Eve did try to stop her from starting any more fires. We know we are all supposed to hate Eve since she kept Jack from Jennifer, but this is ridiculous. Ciara and Tripp knew about what Claire did too. They decided to play amateur detectives and make her go off again. Should they go to jail too? If we go by their logic, they should be going to jail too. They just want to downplay Claireís actions and blame Eve for everything.

Marlena thought Ben would make a good therapist. We couldnít believe what we heard come out of her mouth. She knew what he did to her grandson and she thought something like that. The writers really want us to root for him when heís a killer. She is supposed to be pillar of Salem and she thought something like that. We arenít going to fall for that manipulative trick that the writers are pulling. We wonít be swayed so easily because we were watching when he killed innocent people.

Itís a shame that it took Claire leaving for the family to finally realize how they were related to each other. We were shocked when Hope called Claire her granddaughter. You could count up how many times she acknowledged the fact that she was her granddaughter, but she mentioned it a couple of times in the past two weeks. She should have remembered their connection long ago and maybe Claire would be stable. Anyway, it was good to see the family get together to say goodbye to Claire. She will most likely be forgotten after this week, but it was good to finally hear them acknowledge the fact that they were family.
